Avenue Living Asset Management is seeking a Supervisor, Accounting to lead the accounting function for the Residential division. You will oversee treasury, bank reconciliations, and utility accounting, working across Canadian and US operations.
The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong process-improvement skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. CPA designation is a plus and 5+ years of accounting experience are expected.

The Supervisor, Accounting is responsible for leading and supervising the accounting function of the Residential division. The position will oversee the bank reconciliation process, manage the treasury operations, and ensure the smooth operation of utility accounting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.
