Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead a quick-service team in Wetaskiwin, Canada. You will motivate staff, uphold service quality, and ensure cleanliness while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will train team members to Tim Hortons standards, manage inventory and ordering, and foster a respectful team environment with open communication. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in quick service preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:

Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed

Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment

Train and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation

Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding

Manage inventory and ordering
