Job summary

Tim Hortons in Wetaskiwin, Canada is looking for an Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager Trainee to lead shifts, train staff, and deliver fast, friendly service. You will motivate the team, train for high standards, and support the Owner in day-to-day operations of a busy franchise.

As a Leader, you will recruit, coach, and develop a diverse team, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and safeguard product quality while managing inventory and supplier orders in a fast-paced setting.

Ranging between $20 - $25 per hour

As a Restaurant Manager Trainee, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:
