Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff to ensure smoonth daily operations
Train, coach and mentor staff on customer service, store policies, and product knowledge
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies
Address any employee performance issues and provide coaching to ensure staff development
Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing guest interactions and addressing complaints promptly.
Maintain a positive store atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met
Resolve customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
Sales and Operations
Support the achievement of sales goals by ensuring effective store operations and product availability
Assist in maintaining store displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and properly stocked
Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrate strong product knowledge
Monitor store sales performance, report trends, and assist with promotional activities to drive sales.
Manage the restaurant’s budget, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory control and product replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
Perform regular stock counts and track inventory to prevent shortages and overstock
Manage stock organization, ensuring all products are easily accessible and neatly displayed
Receive and check incoming shipments and ensure products are stored in appropriate locations
Store Maintenance
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Oversee the proper functioning of store equipment and report any issues to management
Ensure the store is safe for both customers and employees by following health and safety regulations
Cash Handling and Reporting
Assist with cash handling, register operations, and ensure accurate transactions
Oversee the cash register process, including balancing cash drawers and making deposits when required
Assist with preparing daily reports and maintaining financial record in accordance with company policies
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with store management and other departments to align store goals with company objectives
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on store operations and performance
Help with opening and closing store procedures, ensuring security measures are followed
