Job summary

JD Sports Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon is seeking a Supervisor to join our on-site, full-time Retail team. You will lead daily operations, manage scheduling, inventory, and staff performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

You will mentor a team, drive KPIs, engage with the community, and ensure a high standard of service and merchandising, contributing to growth and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through customer interaction and athletic products.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and financial analysis.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership: an inspirational and dynamic leader who is naturally warm and compassionate towards others with an insatiable drive to exceed results and celebrate successes.

The Role:

Our Retail team is looking for a Supervisor to join our JD Sports Midtown Plaza location! Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. Main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experience and fostering growth and development to the team. Most importantly you will ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance.
