Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor for the Southgate Centre location in Edmonton. You will lead a fast-growing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure daily operations and inventory controls are executed to a high standard.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, meeting KPIs, merchandising, and collaborating with store leadership to drive sales. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected, with a passion for streetwear and sneakers driving engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.

The Role

Our Retail team is looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to join our JD Sports Southgate Centre location! Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. Main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experience and fostering growth and development to the team. Most importantly you will ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Train and grow a team who are focused on delivering outrageous experiences to our community through coaching and feedback.
• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs

• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed
