Job summary

JD Sports in Winnipeg is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our St. Vital Centre location to lead daily store operations and mentor a team while delivering a standout customer experience.

You will manage scheduling, inventory and coaching to ensure exceptional service and store performance. You will drive sales, merchandising, and KPI achievement, acting as a bridge between customers, sales staff and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
• Resourceful and versatile in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.

The Role

Our Retail team is looking for a Supervisor to join our JD Sports St. Vital Centre location! Come join our quickly growing and developing team at JD Sports Canada. Main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experience and fostering growth and development to the team. Most importantly you will ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance.
