Job summary

GDI Services (Canada) LP on site seeks a supervisory professional to oversee janitorial staff, ensure safety, and meet the customer’s quality expectations. You will oversee, train, and direct the team on site to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role requires strong supervision, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to client concerns quickly while enforcing safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and judgment.
• Ability to work independently and with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the janitorial staff on site.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues quickly and appropriately.
• Document and report to management or HR.
• Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify quality concerns or needed work; submit inspection reports.
• Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary
