Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a on-site janitorial supervisor to oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff to meet safety and quality standards. The schedule is Wednesday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, on-site in Toronto.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, good judgment, independence, and integrity. A Criminal Background Check is required, and accommodations are available during recruitment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.

• Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
• Other duties as needed.
