RVH’s Addiction Services provide a continuum of evidence-based care designed to support individuals at every stage of recovery. Through integrated pre-treatment and live-in treatment programs, clients receive comprehensive assessment, stabilization, individualized treatment planning, family support, and connection to aftercare services in a compassionate, recovery-focused environment.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for supporting the live-in treatment and pre-treatment programs and demonstrating leadership, coaching, and supportive mentorship to colleagues within RVH’s addiction programs. RVH’s live-in treatment center provides clients with comprehensive, evidence-based treatment within a 28-day structured program. The program includes individualized treatment planning, family support, comprehensive discharge planning and aftercare support for individuals struggling with their use of substances. In addition, RVH’s pre-treatment program offers assessment, stabilization, and preparatory support to help clients build readiness for intensive treatment and improve engagement in their recovery journey.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenges of supporting a diverse patient population and clinical team. This role requires a strong ability to meet deadlines, actively listen, and value the input of others.
