Valet Car Wash in Cambridge is seeking a Full Time Supervisor to lead a busy exterior/interior car wash. The role starts at CAD 19.50 per hour with a wage increase after 3 months, and requires willingness to work day, afternoon and weekend shifts.

You will oversee daily operations, train and motivate the team, and ensure high standards of service, safety and cleanliness while managing costs and helping meet budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervising experience.
• Secondary School education required.
• Experience in a car wash or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and support the team through daily operations and production of vehicles at the car wash.
• Clean and detail customer vehicles.
• Perform site duties including opening, closing and mid-day tasks.
• Maintain a productive schedule and oversee daily operations.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure customer service, safety, productivity and cleanliness standards are met.
• Work to increase retail sales and productivity.
• Control labour and inventory costs.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget goals.

Valet Car Wash is looking for a Full Time Supervisor to work at our busy Cambridge Location. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with a wage increase after 3 months. We are looking for someone who is available to be scheduled to work day shifts, afternoon shifts and weekend shifts.

What you will be doing:

• Leading, training and supporting your team through the daily overall operation and production of all vehicles coming through the car wash.
• Cleaning and detailing customer vehicles.
• Performing site duties, including opening, closing and mid day duties.
• Maintaining a productive work schedule and overseeing daily operations.
• Coaching, training, directing and providing feedback to support employee performance.
• Ensuring excellent customer service, operations, safety, productivity and facility cleanliness standards are met.
• Increasing retail sales and productivity.

• The Supervisor position requires open availability to work opening or closing shifts during weekday and weekend shifts. Do you have open availability?
• Able to reliably commute to Cambridge, ON, or plan to relocate before starting work
• Open availability for opening and closing shifts, weekdays and weekends
