Supervisor is responsible for managing a production team. Working in our Longueuil facility, he will be responsible for all employee management tasks, such as training, supervising, managing schedules, assigning tasks and evaluating employees. He will also be the contact person for internal and external customers as well as the point of contact for employees and management.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Thursday, evening shift, based in Longueuil , and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Supervise day-to-day operations in a high technology industry;
• Responsible of main performance indicators : on time delivery, productivity, quality, etc.
• Help develop and manage the budget and hiring;
• Supervise work shift changes;
• Host and take part in meetings with other managers

What do you need to be successful?

• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in management
• 5 years of experience
• Focus on processes and results;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
• Autonomy, perseverance and versatility, in addition to a strong business sense;
• Sense of ethics and respect;
• Ability to propose new and creative solutions;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand some specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may come from international organizations.
