Monarch House seeks a Supervised Lead Therapist and Float to assist the supervising BCBA/RBA with assessments, program development and supervision of ABA treatment for youth and adults with ASD and complex needs. The role covers clinic, home, and community settings across Ontario.
You will deliver assessments, implement individualized programming under BCBA/RBA guidance, monitor progress, document data, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services.
The Supervised Lead Therapist and Float is responsible for assisting the supervising Sr. Behaviour Consultant/Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/RBA) with the implementation of assessments, program development and supervision of ABA treatment programs for youth and adults with dual-diagnosis, ASD, other developmental disabilities, or other learning and behaviour needs. The position also supports in thesupervision of the treatment team assigned to each clients’ case to help ensure that MonarchHouse provides high-quality evidence-based services.
Job Type: Clinic, home, and community based work
Work schedule: Monday - Friday between 8:45AM - 7PM ET
