Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while performing shop-keeping tasks to ensure efficient and productive operations.
• Stock replenishment: Keep shelves full and products correctly placed for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns for products nearing their sell-by date.
• Support the wider shop team, including checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.

• Flexible approach to support the branch as needed.

Working hours are 12 hours per week on a rota basis. Must be able to start at 4am, with earliest start time at 4am and latest finish time at 12:00.
