You’ll support day-to-day operations by performing preventative and responsive maintenance, coordinating repairs, maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, and contributing to health and safety initiatives-all with the goal of delivering an outstanding resident experience.
The base salary range for this position is from $30,000 - $35,000 annually. The starting base salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity, with opportunities for progression within the range as team members grow and develop in their roles.
