Ledcor Group in Kelowna, BC seeks a seasoned Superintendent with 5+ years of field operations experience to manage multi-disciplinary commercial, institutional, or residential construction projects. You will drive day-to-day site activities, ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality, and coordinate field staff, contractors, and stakeholders.

You are a seasoned Superintendent with 5+ years of field operations experience managing multi-disciplinary commercial, institutional, or residential construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will develop and implement project plans and schedules, uphold company safety and quality programs, and coordinate the work of field staff, contractors, trades, and project stakeholders. Working independently with minimal supervision, you will lead site operations, proactively resolve challenges, and serve as a mentor and resource for less-experienced team members. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will support the successful execution of project objectives and contribute to the organization's continued growth and success across commercial, institutional, and light industrial sectors.

Compensation $100,000.00 - $137,500.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
