Ledcor Group's Vancouver Building Services team is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to coordinate and resolve deficiencies on smaller-scale projects ($100K-$500K). This site-based role requires strong organization and clear communication to keep projects moving toward close-out.
You will work with trades, contractors and quality control to track deficiencies, support scheduling and documentation, participate in inspections, and manage close-out activities while maintaining safety on site.
The Project Manager supports the coordination and resolution of deficiencies for our Vancouver Building Services group, working on smaller-scale projects (typically $100K-$500K). Working closely with construction teams, trades, and quality control, this individual ensures deficiencies are tracked and resolved efficiently. This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring strong organization, communication, and coordination skills to keep projects moving efficiently through close-out. Compensation $79,200.00 - $108,900.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
