Job summary

CRPro is seeking a Superintendent for an upcoming project in Victoria, BC. You will own the site from pre-construction through close-out, shaping schedule, logistics, and safety planning with your Project Manager.

With about 10 years in construction and a degree or diploma in a related field, you will lead meetings, manage quality and subcontractors, and mentor your on-site team. The role offers growth into senior operations and a growing local presence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Around 10 years of construction experience, ideally healthcare, education, sports, or recreation projects.
• Command of drawings, specs, building codes, and contract administration.
• Strong on-site leadership and input into team development.

Responsibilities
