Job summary

6ixBuild is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects in Ontario. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications.

You will monitor schedules, maintain safety, and communicate progress with project stakeholders, taking ownership from planning through execution on fast-paced builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in commercial projects.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Ontario construction safety requirements.

• Ability to plan ahead, prioritize work, and solve problems on site
• Good communication and organizational skills
