Job summary

Our hotel in Niagara Region is seeking a diligent Breakfast Attendant to welcome guests and set a positive tone for their mornings. You will manage breakfast bar setup, assist the dining service, and ensure the dining area remains clean and inviting throughout service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and prior food service experience is a plus. A friendly attitude and ability to stay active during shifts are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous food service experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong customer service and the ability to stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Set up and break down breakfast bar during buffet service.
• Coordinate with kitchen to keep the buffet stocked.
• Keep dining area clean and organized per standards.
• Complete tasks and guest requests as needed.
• Provide efficient breakfast service and attend to guests' needs.
• Sweep and mop breakfast area after service.
