Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Ottawa is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests each morning. You will set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensure cleanliness, food safety, and friendly service to start the day right.

In this role you will stock breakfast stations, greet guests, explain options, seat guests, clear and reset tables, replenish beverages, and work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast area prior to opening.
• Be knowledgeable of daily hotel operations and events.
• Welcome guests and verify breakfast plan.
• Explain breakfast options and seating procedures.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with breakfast and hotel experience.
• Keep tables clean, bussed, and turned over to minimize wait times.
