Job summary

A local utility provider in Ottawa is seeking Summer Students to join their Customer Experience, Communications, and Sustainability team. This unique opportunity allows post-secondary students to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the community. Candidates must have completed at least one year of their studies and be available full-time from May 4 to August 28, 2026. Positions are available in customer service, communications, community engagement, and energy conservation programming.

Qualifications

  • You will return to full-time studies at an accredited college or university in Fall 2026.
  • Able to work full-time in-person from May 4 to August 28, 2026.
  • Provide proof of a valid G driver's license, if required.

This year we are looking for post‑secondary students who can bring their education, enthusiasm and fresh new ideas to the table. We are seeking individuals from diverse backgrounds with skills in communicating, teamwork and time management.

What We Need From You:
  • You have completed a minimum of one year of post‑secondary education, will be returning to full‑time studies at an accredited college or university in Fall 2026, and can provide proof of enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year
  • You are available to work full‑time, in‑person at one of our facilities throughout Ottawa from May 4, 2026 to August 28, 2026
  • You can provide proof of a valid G driver’s license if the role you are applying for requires you to drive a company vehicle
