Job summary

Welltower is seeking an Investments Summer Intern to contribute to underwriting, asset management, management services, and development. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities to managing partnerships in our seniors housing and wellness housing portfolio.

You will work directly with seasoned professionals, applying analytical skills and clear communication to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite opportunities and support investment analysis from initial valuation through closing.
• Assist in underwriting acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations.
• Build and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor market dynamics and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on high-priority projects.
