  • Aid in the coordination of community field trips, including overseeing participant registrations, transportation arrangements, and supervising activities to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Actively engage in field trip activities, supporting and involving children, parents, and caregivers to ensure everyone has a fulfilling experience.
  • Support the Summer Preschool Program by assisting the preschool team with daily activities, providing direct hands-on support, and contributing to lunch preparation for participants.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as tracking event registrations, maintaining participation records, and updating field trip sign-up sheets.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to continually improve the quality of the programs and activities offered.
  • Perform other duties as required to help ensure the success of CANDORA's summer programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other digital applications.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups and participants.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the vision, mission, values, and beliefs of CANDORA.
  • Understanding of professional boundaries and ethics in a community service context.
  • Successful completion of a Police Security Check and Child Welfare Check is required.
