Job summary

AcuFast invites motivated university students to join a Summer Internship focused on swine genetics and agricultural innovation. You will receive hands-on training, dedicated mentors, and exposure to both science and business aspects of the industry.

The program includes a summer project, presentations at close-out, and pathways to possible full-time employment after graduation. On-site roles require early starts and active livestock care in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled students in relevant fields are invited to apply.

What You Bring

• Work authorization in Canada.
• Enrolled in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or related field.
• Livestock experience (asset).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and aligned with AcuFast's values.

Work Environment

• On-site roles with early starts, weekend/holiday rotations, and physical livestock care.
