Job summary

RBC Amplify is a summer innovation program offering a co-op style experience in Bedford, Canada. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team to research, design and build a prototype addressing real RBC business challenges.

Mentors and training are provided to help you develop technical and professional skills. The program runs 37.5 hours per week and is a salaried, full-time opportunity with a deadline: October 5, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, graduating Aug 2027–Jun 2028.
• Understanding of programming languages, databases, platforms, frameworks, design techniques and tools, code management tooling, and/or web technologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in a business challenge with emphasis on collaboration to develop an innovative product.
• Apply teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership to help your team succeed in ambiguity.
• Research, design, create and deliver a fully functional prototype to RBC that solves a real business need.
