We are searching for a Housekeeper to join our Parkland at the Lakes team based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity

• Thoroughly clean common areas including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
• Prepare vacant rooms for incoming residents
• Collect and dispose of refuse according to procedures
• Maintain and restock housekeeping carts; notify supervisor when supplies are low
• Promote safety by identifying hazards, following safe work practices, wearing PPE, and supporting safety education

About You

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Initiative and commitment to completing tasks efficiently with a friendly, customer-oriented approach
• Good communication skills to interact politely and cooperatively with residents and staff
• Ability to work independently and safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to provide a clear criminal record check
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Passion for healthcare and senior care services
