Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events are executed accurately. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions, cleans up afterward, and returns leftover food and equipment promptly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to functions.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Sets buffet tables with food and beverages.
• Serves food and drinks to guests.
• Cleans the event area after completion.
• Returns food, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
