Redpath Sugar Ltd., located in Toronto, is seeking a Process Supervisor to oversee crystallization, evaporation, pan floor, and related boiler systems. This role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, and energy stewardship within a large-scale sugar production facility.

The candidate will lead training programs, supervise staff, and coordinate steam and energy usage with the Powerhouse to meet production goals. A strong engineering background and hands-on leadership are essential.

• Proven ability to train and qualify personnel.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of crystallization, evaporation, pan floor, and boiler systems.
• Lead training, testing, and competency programs for process staff.
• Supervise hourly and supervisory personnel and coordinate with Powerhouse.
• Maintain training, qualifications, and compliance records for audits.
