Redpath Sugar Ltd. in Toronto is seeking a Packaging Engineer to drive improvements in throughput, quality, safety and efficiency across high-volume packaging lines.
You will troubleshoot with line operators, lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, and develop procedures to reduce setup times. The role includes supporting capital projects and new product testing, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You are an experienced engineer with experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing operation. You have a proven track record and a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement. You enjoy a challenge and have the energy and vision to recognize and implement improvement opportunities both independently and as part of a team with members of all levels of an organization.
