Artelia Canada seeks a Substation Engineer - Grounding to join the Energy department in Mississauga. You will model grounding schemes with CDEGS, perform HV studies, and support project proposals, client presentations, and QA processes. Strong communication skills and a P.Eng in Ontario are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant High Voltage Substation studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide substation grounding modeling using CDEGS and SES modules.
• Conduct power system studies: load flow, short circuit, voltage drop, protection coordination.
• Prepare proposals, scope documents and client presentations.
• Ensure QA of project documents to client standards.
• Collaborate with project team and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Perform independent audits and reviews of technical work.
• Deliver final reports detailing timelines, power quality, and reliability.
• Provide customer support and issue resolution for projects and processes.
