We're seeking a tech-savvy civil engineer interested in bringing automation, innovation, and smarter tools to land development. If you've designed grading plans, storm sewers, and earthworks — and thought “there must be a better way” — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze current subdivision design workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand pain points, gather requirements, and plan process improvements
  • Translate engineering processes into clear, structured inputs for software development
  • Work with developers to guide the design and testing of automation tools
  • Assess tool performance and user adoption, and suggest improvements based on feedback
  • Serve as the link between engineering and technical teams — ensuring tools address the right problems effectively

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in subdivision / land development
  • Strong understanding of engineering methodologies and project management tools
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D , and relevant automation software
  • Interest or experience in automation, scripting, or computational tools
  • Passion for solving problems with technology and data
