Role Purpose

As a stylist, you are the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting shopping experience. You stay updated on fashion trends, educate customers about our products, and embody Mejuri's brand values both with your team and customers.

Availability

• Must have open availability Friday through Sunday and at least one weekday or weeknight
• Availability during special events like Black Friday and Boxing Day

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product knowledge to customers
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics
• Educate customers on Mejuri’s brand story and product launches
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Maintain store appearance and inventory
• Identify operational improvements and suggest solutions
