Job Description

As a Studio Photographer at HAVEN, you will be responsible for producing high-quality imagery that accurately represents our brand across all platforms. This role requires a strong focus on e-commerce photography, including product flats, fit photos, and occasional short product videos in a studio setting. You will work on strict timelines and deliverables to ensure the timely production of content for seasonal launches and campaigns. With an emphasis on detail, creativity, and consistency, you will collaborate with the creative team to maintain HAVEN’s visual identity and meet the high standards our audience expects.

Duties And Responsibilities

(Including but not limited to)

• E-Commerce Photography:
  • Capture product flats, fit photos, and detail shots to accurately showcase products for HAVEN’s e-commerce platform.
  • Create consistent, high-quality images that adhere to brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Produce short e-commerce product videos as needed, focusing on key features and functionality.
• Timeline and Workflow Management:
  • Work within strict timelines to deliver content on schedule for seasonal launches, campaigns, and e-commerce updates.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Lighting and Equipment Management:
  • Set up and adjust studio lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment for both product and lifestyle shoots.
  • Maintain and manage photography gear to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
• Post-Production:
  • Edit, retouch, and color-grade images and videos to meet HAVEN’s visual standards.
  • Deliver final assets on time and in formats suitable for web, social media, and print use.
• Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to ensure content supports broader campaigns and goals.
  • Contribute ideas for creative direction, styling, and composition to enhance storytelling.
• Trend Awareness and Innovation:
  • Stay informed about industry trends in photography, videography, and post-production techniques.
  • Apply relevant innovations to elevate HAVEN’s visual content.
• Photo and Video Archiving:
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured library of images and videos for easy access and future use.

Qualifications And Assets

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience with a strong focus on e-commerce, including product flats, fit photos, and short product videos.
• Proficiency with studio and natural lighting setups.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic video editing software.
• Proven ability to work under strict timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Assets

• Experience in fashion or lifestyle photography, with an understanding of HAVEN’s brand aesthetic.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments, whether in the studio or on location.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new techniques.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $20-$30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
