About the team

Zillow Media Experts is seeking experienced photographers for part-time real estate media work in Sacramento, CA. Apply your photography skills to the Real Estate industry, capturing high-quality photos, videos, and Zillow's 3D interactive floor plans to help real estate agents professionally market listings. You will drive between job sites in your market area, capture media, and upload it for post-processing.

About the role

This is a part-time position in Sacramento, CA. Typically, you will work 10-20 hours per week, with potential for more during high demand. There may be opportunities for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Capturing professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone media, and social media videos of properties.
• Using advanced techniques and equipment to showcase properties effectively.
• Interacting with clients on-site to understand their needs.
• Guiding clients and property owners during sessions.
• Creating engaging media experiences with proprietary technology.
• Adhering to brand guidelines and representing properties accurately.
• Maintaining photography equipment.
• Organizing and uploading media timely.
• Staying updated on industry trends.
• Collaborating with team members and external partners.
• Adapting to future media and process changes.
• Representing Zillow Media Experts professionally.

Location and Compensation

This is a field role, requiring residence within a reasonable distance to your service area. The pay range in CA and other specified states is $23.50 - $37.50/hour.

Who you are

• Experienced in high-quality photography, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and punctual.
• Independent worker.

Requirements

• Ability to learn Zillow's systems.
• Experience with real estate photography and videos.
• Understanding of DSLR/mirrorless systems.
• FAA Part 107 drone license may be required.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to drive within 60+ miles of Sacramento.
• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps preferred.

Required Equipment

• Full-frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of AEB (e.g., Canon R7, R5).
• Wide-angle lens (e.g., 15-35mm or 10-22mm).
• Ball head or geared head tripod.
