Cheil Canada in Mississauga is seeking a Studio Manager to structure and operationalize our creative production and agency resources. You will manage the operational workflow of the Cheil Canada Studio, coordinating resources across projects and ensuring work moves efficiently from brief through delivery.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will balance priorities, capacity, timelines, and quality, collaborating with creative, account, production and project management teams.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of marketing/advertising agency experience.
• 4+ years supporting Canadian-market clients, campaigns, or audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Confident in client-facing situations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, and the in-house Cheil Canada Studio platform.
• Proficiency in AI LLMs and data-driven optimization.
