Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Club Leader who owns 2-4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and/or Signature Group Training) and leads the performers and coaches. You will recruit, onboard, mentor, and drive branded programs while guiding budgets and staff toward strong club performance.

The role requires certification, leadership experience, and a proven ability to build community, optimize schedules, and deliver departmental results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to mentor and shape career paths for team members.
• Experience managing department budgets and staff schedules.
• Proven collaboration with multiple teams to align goals.
• Ability to provide timely performance feedback and development plans.
• Experience scheduling classes and coordinating studio offerings.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, conducts interviews, and manages onboarding of new hires.
• Provides performance management and clear feedback to direct reports.
• Optimizes cross-functional team effectiveness with other club and company leaders.
• Develops positive relationships with members and staff to build community.
• Manages working schedules for staff and class schedules for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature offerings.
• Keeps up-to-date on market trends and best practices in the industry.
• Manages budget and delivers on club business goals and participation targets.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess and adjust Life Time’s offerings.
