Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering a dynamic personal training experience and upholding Life Time Training brand standards daily on the fitness floor.

You will coach, onboard new team members, manage scheduling and sales processes, and drive client acquisition while aligning staff with division goals and delivering personal production. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand standards.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and program quality on the fitness floor.
• Act as player-coach, managing personal book of business and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and coordination for programs and classes.
