Job summary

Wella Company seeks a Studio Administrator / Field Education Trainer to manage daily operations at the Toronto studio and drive education initiatives across a designated territory. This hybrid role requires coordination of seminars, model recruitment, and inventory management while supporting sales with customer events and showroom activities.

You will lead trainings, maintain vendor relationships, and travel as needed to engage salons, build brand loyalty, and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Must have valid cosmetology license in the province
• Driver's license and ability to travel long distances
• Available to work Sundays and some evenings/weekends
• Minimum 3 years salon experience
• Minimum 2 years demonstrating, teaching or presentation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at Wella Studio Toronto
• Plan seminars and events with end-to-end execution
• Support Studio Manager with planning and events
• Receptionist duties and high standards of customer service
• Lead trainings and launch new materials to salons and partners
• Utilize Wellabooking system and coordinate seminar attendees
• Manage Studio retail area and inventory
• Collaborate with Sales and external partners
• Attend national/divisional meetings and trainings
