Job Title: Studio Artist

We’re seeking a talented Studio Artist to join our team of over 150 communication experts dedicated to creating exceptional work, fostering client pride, and achieving personal and professional growth. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to transform Art Director’s concepts into production-ready files.
- Edit and build email files with technical precision using Photoshop.
- Create and edit digital assets such as emails, web banners, and social media posts.
- Lead the production of high-quality videos, animations, and GIFs for web banners, email marketing, social media, and rich media.
- Apply pre-press knowledge to edit and prepare direct mail files in InDesign.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand standards.
- Maintain quality standards as set by the department.
- Seek and incorporate feedback, collaborating effectively with team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes.
- Stay updated on current trends and technological advancements.
- Adhere to project timelines and schedules.
- Keep Account Managers informed about project status and changes.
- Work flexible shifts as needed, including afternoons, evenings, or late nights.
Desired Skills & Experience
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Animate, and Illustrator.
- Interest or experience in Premiere Pro, Audition, Animate, Emailify, HTML5, and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and humble demeanor.
- Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
