Job summary

Voyago Transdev in Sudbury is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily Student Transportation operations in the Greater Sudbury area, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will coordinate between Schools division and support teams, manage drivers and staff, ensure safety and contractual standards, and support payroll and onboarding. The role runs 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Sudbury region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Student Transportation operations in assigned areas.
• Coordinate between Schools division and operations support teams.
• Direct staff and ensure drivers meet contractual standards.
• Maintain schedules, training, and payroll entry.
• Support onboarding, onboarding, and driver orientation.
• Coordinate with maintenance, HR, and health & safety as needed.
• Available on-call for divisional emergencies including holidays.
