Job summary

Gibson Energy invites current undergraduates to join the Next Gen Talent (Student Program) at the Calgary Head Office. You will contribute to meaningful projects, apply your school knowledge, and learn from colleagues across the organization.

Eligibility includes being in 2nd–4th year and pursuing a relevant degree, with curiosity and a drive to grow in the energy industry. This fixed-term, full-time student program offers early career exposure and teamwork opportunities.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or Technology.
Interest in Gen AI considered an asset.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and take on new challenges.
Collaborate effectively and communicate professionally with others.
Show curiosity and initiative.
