The London District Catholic School Board is seeking a qualified Student Support Administrator at St. Mary's Catholic High School in Woodstock. This 1.0 FTE, twelve-month position requires strong office skills, confidentiality, and experience with Powerschool and MS Office.
Start date is immediate. Salary ranges from $29.19 to $31.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. VSC is required for external candidates; accommodations are available and equity in hiring is emphasized.

The Student Support Administrator is subject to the direct supervision of the Principal and Office Supervisor. Daily work is scheduled by the Office Supervisor with the direction of the Principal. The Student Support Administrator is knowledgeable about the entire operation of the school, procedures, confidentiality of student records, and Ministry directives. Work is often performed independently within the prescribed policies and regulations. The emphasis of the work is upon maintaining effective public relations with students, staff and school visitors while operating a functional and efficient office and ensuring the protection of personal information and confidentiality.

Salary: $29.19 to $31.50 (Commensurate with experience)
