The London District Catholic School Board is seeking Casual Secretaries to support administrative operations across its schools in London, Ontario. The roles are casual, with placement on a call-out list and contact as needed in London, Middlesex, and Oxford counties.
You will report to the School Principal and provide clerical support in line with board policies, ensuring accurate records, effective communication, and customer service excellence.
The London District Catholic School Board has a reputation for excellence, with more than 4,700 employees working together to educate approximately 28,000 students at 44 elementary schools, 9 secondary schools and St. Patrick Adult & Continuing Education within Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties, including the cities of London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock.
Reporting to the School Principal you will provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of a Catholic School in accordance with board policies and procedures. Successful candidates will be placed on the “call out list” and will be contacted as required in London, Middlesex, and Oxford counties.
This position exists to provide casual replacement coverage for an existing role within the organization and is subject to the availability of work, in accordance with operational needs.
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: $26.59/hour to $33.58/hour (depending on the clerical role)
