Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education with a focus on Educational Psychology or Counselling.
• Recent, relevant work experience; eligible for professional association.
• Experience in academic, career, personal and financial counselling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, career, and group counselling to CNA students.
• Liaise with staff and administration on behalf of students.
• Administer and interpret standardized career and group counselling tests.
• Deliver student support courses such as job search training and study skills.
• Assist with campus activities and student affairs as needed.
• Promote student success and personal development.
