Qualifications

• Hold a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent and have one year of pertinent experience.
• Experience in self-discipline, psychology concepts, and human relations skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students to ensure rules are observed and safety is maintained.
• Make rounds, issue warnings, and report abnormal situations to designated staff.
• Assist in cafeteria duties and help students who need meal support.
• Supervise exams, detention, or classroom coverage when the teacher is absent.
• Lock/unlock rooms and gates, assign lockers and manage keys.
• Assist with attendance data and communicate with parents as needed.
