McGill University is seeking a Student Research Assistant to help develop and expand the podcast's social media presence from September 15 to December 15, 2026. The role is part-time (5 hours per week) and based at the Education Building on campus.

You will edit podcasts, create reels and short videos, and collaborate with the PI and Co-PIs on knowledge mobilization initiatives. English language skills are essential, with French proficiency valued.

Qualifications

  • Social media literacy across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Threads, etc.).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency or better in French (reading and writing).
  • Proven expertise in social media communications and outreach.
  • Open to BA/MA/PhD students.
  • Podcast editing work is an asset.
  • Reels production and dissemination is an asset.
  • Short video production and dissemination is an asset.

Responsibilities
