Job summary

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Relationship Management student employee to support RMAs and Relationship Managers with onboarding, administration, customer communications and portfolio support. You will help maintain service levels, assist with follow-up and contribute to proactive customer engagement.

Your work will help maintain service levels, support operational efficiency, and allow RMAs and Relationship Managers to focus on proactive customer engagement, renewals, customer profile maintenance, digital adoption initiatives and business development opportunities. You'll be part of FCC's Financing team, working closely with RMAs, Relationship Managers and customers to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting business continuity during peak workloads. This role also provides valuable exposure to careers in Financing and Relationship Management.
