As a Relationship Management student employee, you’ll support Relationship Management Associates (RMAs) and Relationship Managers through customer onboarding, administrative activities, customer support and portfolio support tasks. Your work will help maintain service levels, support operational efficiency, and allow RMAs and Relationship Managers to focus on proactive customer engagement, renewals, customer profile maintenance, digital adoption initiatives and business development opportunities. You’ll be part of FCC’s Financing team, working closely with RMAs, Relationship Managers and customers to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting business continuity during peak workloads. This role also provides valuable exposure to careers in Financing and Relationship Management. If you’re organized, customer-focused, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to gain hands‑on experience in financing, administration, agriculture or customer service, this could be the role for you.
