You will collect and analyze portfolio data across Canada, the US, and Europe, supporting investment governance and real estate metrics for portfolio presentations. This role offers exposure to AIMCo's real estate asset class and data-driven decision making.

The Real Estate Analytics, Research, & Governance (ARG) team is responsible for capturing and maintaining all data derived from the real estate portfolio - and turning that into meaningful analytical insights to make informed investment decisions. The team provides a strategic research lens to the investment team and is responsible for investment process governance practices to ensure strong decision-making. ARG has full coverage of the global real estate portfolio. As the Student, Real Estate, you will have gained a working knowledge of Canadian and Foreign Real Estate Investment Portfolios.

Final candidates will be asked to undergo a security screening, which includes a credit bureau and a criminal record investigation, the results of which must be acceptable to AIMCo.
